This project consists of a three story retail, office, and premium condominiums building. Twelve thousand cubic feet of dirt were excavated and removed to allow for a below grade, 2-level concrete parking structure.
Three sides of the property border city streets and the final side is bordered by a building constructed right on the property line. The site excavation goes from property line to property line, leaving little laydown space. By tightly controlling project logistics, Pacific Structures is able to overcome the challenges of working on such a tight site and keep the project on schedule.
