150 Van Ness

150 Van Ness is a 13-story residential building with one level of subterranean parking. This space is comprised of reclaimed stone flooring from the California State Automobile Association headquarters, which was demolished to make way for the complex. The building has a mat slab foundation with a shotcrete basement along with shotcrete exterior and interior walls. This building spans an entire San Francisco city block and work was completed with only two tower cranes.

To date, construction has consistently been designated as essential throughout the various county and state orders. This means that it is anticipated we will continue to provide our services to build the infrastructures in a way that provides for the greatest level of health and safety for our employees and the community. This includes continuing to follow the guidelines of the CDC and OSHA as well as state and local governments. We also understand the challenges this crisis brings to our employees, and therefore, the importance of maintaining our operations in order to help sustain the livelihoods of our employees.
