As a Field Safety Director, Victor oversees Pacific’s safety professionals. He brings detailed understanding of both OSHA regulations and our often more stringent company policies. He is responsible for establishing new company policies and all incident investigations within the company. The strong relationships Victor has earned in the safety community and with the workers on our sites, makes him an outstanding safety leader.
