UC College of the Law San Francisco (198 McAllister) is “Phase 2” of the college’s Academic Village that mixes residential and academic uses in a 14-story above-grade concrete structure with one level below-grade comprised of 43,000 SF of academic spaces on three floors and 656 graduate student housing units on 12 floors.
