University of California, Hastings College of Law (198 McAllister) is “Phase 2” of UCH’s Academic Village that mixes residential and academic uses in a 14 story above-grade concrete structure with one level below-grade totaling 372,000 GSF comprised of 43,000 GSF of academic spaces on three floors and 656 graduate student housing units on 12 floors.
