Project Summary
This affordable housing project will consist of two five-story buildings, yielding 280,010 SF of built area, of which 213,390 SF is dedicated to residential use. The structures will produce a total of 162 apartments, 86 in the first and 76 in the second. Amenities include a 13,690 SF inner-block landscaped courtyard, a privately owned public park, community room, office space, childcare facility, and subterranean parking for 65 vehicles and 210 bicycles.
