Miramar Gold Apartments

New construction of 94 affordable rental apartments units in the City of Los Angeles. Amenities are organized around a central outdoor open space and include a community room with a demonstration kitchen, fitness room, computer room / library and laundry facilities. Offices include one for the full-time onsite building manager and four offices for onsite service providers and case managers. The project will include a shared outdoor open space both on the ground level and on the roof.
