Loft House

Carmel lofts is a development of 133 luxury apartment units with 6,891 SF of ground level retail and two levels of subterranean parking. Pacific Structures was brought into this project to pour two and three level podiums for two buildings with a total of 119,240 SF of elevated deck. The buildings have five additional wood stories above the podiums.
