Henry J. Kaiser Civic Auditorium Renovation

Project consists of seismic retrofit and renovation of historic building, including structural, ADA and complete MEP upgrades, revamping existing parking area with new promenade and architectural concrete terrace and entry stairs and landscaping. Project is on track for LEED Platinum.
