Voluntary seismic strengthening; full renovation of second floor, partial renovation of first floor and new irrigation and landscape site work.Work included underpinning the existing structure to excavate down 15’ from ground floor to bottom of existing footings to reinforce / thicken them and build a new 45’ shotcrete wall against existing CMU.
