The complex is comprised of two buildings; one, nine-story structure, and an adjacent five-story building. A bridge connects the two buildings, which are separated by a courtyard. They are connected with and both feature rooftop decks and common areas. Parking is comprised of one-level below ground with a ramp on Shipley Street.
