This project consists of a six-story mixed-use building with 200 affordable rental apartments and 8,625 SF of commercial space. Amenities include a half-court basketball area, exercise stations, a children’s play area, and picnic/seating spaces. Residents also have access to a private courtyard with additional seating areas and an indoor fitness room.
