45 Lansing – Jasper

This 39-story concrete tower was constructed on a tight, 100 FT by 150 FT, urban site. Glass curtain wall exterior finish and high-end interior finishes were installed throughout the 320 residential units. The 453,000 SF, 39-story project also includes four levels of subterranean parking. Challenges include tight site constraints, perched water, fractured rock foundation, and highly phased staging and logistics.
