New construction of a 35-story high-rise building consisting of 403 modern for-rent units, three floors of subterranean parking providing 164 stalls using a double-stacker system and ground level retail space. Excavation to 55-feet below street level required extensive shoring to support the adjacent Fremont Street off-ramp and neighboring buildings.
